Ingredients for Guilt-Free Cheesecake

For the base

5 cups of almond powder – 500 g

12 dates

2 bananas

1 cup of cocoa

2 – 3 tablespoons of espresso or coffee

1 pinch of sumac

2 pinches of sea salt

1 drop of vanilla extract

For the topping

3 heaping tablespoons of labneh – 150 g

4 heaping tablespoons of sugar-free

peanut butter – 120 g

How to make Guilt-Free Cheesecake?

For the base

  1. Place all the ingredients for the base in the food processor and blend.
  2. Spread the base you have prepared onto the baking tray lined with parchment paper.

For the topping

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the labneh and sugar-free peanut butter and stir.
  2. Spread the peanut butter layer over the prepared base and ensure the top is perfectly even.
  3. Leave it in the freezer for 1 hour and cut and serve.

Recipe tips

One serving of this recipe contains carbohydrates in a level that will not cause major fluctuations in blood sugar. Nevertheless, its consumption should be moderate due to its calories.
